He is a clinical advisor in various companies developing new orthodontic treatment modalities. He also trains orthodontists and their team on how to adapt digital technology.
Dr. Rooz offers unique orthodontic treatment options to his patients including the PORTH clear aligners, a personalized aligner system using 3D printing and advanced aligner technology. Additionally, he provide custom digital braces both outside of the teeth - traditional braces - and inside the teeth - lingual braces.

Dr. Khosravi founded and practices at PORTH, a modern orthodontic clinic with two locations in Bellevue and Sammamish, WA. PORTH team seek to create a unique experience for all of our patients in all ages.
Digital Study Clubs for Dental Providers
Dr. Rooz established the Digital Orthodontics Hub focused on providing online courses, one-on-one training sessions, and in-person workshops to help orthodontists implement digital technology in their practice.
He also established a local dental study club, Seattle Digital Dental Hub, creating a network of dental providers passionate about digital technology, 3D printing and interdisciplinary dental care.
Dr. Rooz regularly contributes to the body of orthodontic literature in various journals like the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. At the UW, he works with multiple orthodontic residents and dental students on various research projects. His main area of focus is how to improve patient care using digital technology.

Rooz Khosravi, DMD, PhD, MSD
Dr. Rooz received his graduate orthodontics training at the University of Washington, a world-renowned program. He holds his master's degree in epidemiology and a Ph.D. in bone biology. As an orthodontist scientist, he is part of the top 1% dentists and orthodontists.
His professional life splits among educating next generation of orthodontists, innovating in digital dentistry, and serving his community.
